Production Lead Times
- If the product is in stock, it will be ready for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours.
- If the product is a preorder item, it will be ready for shipment within 7 to 14 business days.
- If the product is an exclusive preorder item, it will be ready for shipment within 10 to 20 business days.
Shipping
We offer international shipping via La Poste / Colissimo / Chronopost / UPS / DHL, and domestic shipping within France via La Poste / Colissimo.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM (France time). Orders placed on Fridays after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day in France.
