e. d) The Website is used to carry out illegal activities, or cause damages or losses to EMME VAZQUEZ or its assets, other Users or third parties and the dissemination of the Information serves to identify, locate or carry out legal actions against those who carry out such activities or cause such damages or losses.

(VIII) Rights of the User who owns the Information
The User, as the owner of the Information provided to EMME VAZQUEZ, will have the right to access their personal and / or financial data included in the EMME VAZQUEZ database, and rectify and / or update and / or delete said Information , either through the mechanism provided on the same Website and / or through the contact channels that are enabled for such purposes, and which can be viewed on the Website.
